The mission of Residences on Forrest Lane and our parent company, Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc., is to serve elderly and disabled individuals by providing quality housing, healthcare and other services to enhance the lives of those we serve.
We are located on the same campus as our sister skilled nursing community, Montello Care Center.
As a 501c3 non-profit our main goal is service, not making a profit.
Any profit realized above our operating expenses is reinvested in our facilities.
Because of our mission of high-quality service, we rely partially on financial gifts to help meet all of our financial needs.

To provide the best care and convenience to our residents, we offer in-home healthcare at Forest Lane through our sister company, Transitions At Home, although you are encouraged to use the home health agency of your choice.
Transitions provides medical care and rehab therapy using licensed RNs and therapists, and home health aides.
