Brown-Wilcox Assisted Living has been providing compassionate care for seniors and their families for nearly 100 years.
The Brown-Wilcox Home for the Aged was established in 1917 based on the wishes of Mrs. Jennie Wilcox-Brown, who was born and raised in the city of Berlin.
The Home for the Aged was endowed as a memorial to her husband, John R. Brown, who passed away in 1899, and her mother, Fannie A. Wilcox, who passed away in 1910.
Jennie cared for her aged mother and her husband in his time of illness.

Care Level I is for residents able to do all activities of daily living independently but they want care close-by if needed.
Care Level 1 includes 24-hour care/supervision by trained staff, three home-cooked meals daily, snacks, activities, medication management and more.
Care Level II takes the first level a step further.
Level II is appropriate for residents requiring minimal assistance or supervision with any or all activities of daily living.
This includes ambulation, transferring, bathing, dressing and more.
Care Level 1 includes 24-hour care/supervision by trained staff, three home-cooked meals daily, snacks, activities, medication management and more.
Care Level II takes the first level a step further.
