In August of 1993, Tom and Teresa Kincaid opened the doors to their brand new assisted living facility, a vision that began as a sketch on a napkin.
Caremoor Retirement Center was built on family land that Teresa's grandparents, W.L. and Ruth Overcash, originally operated as a dairy farm.
Teresa grew up on the land spending time with her beloved grandparents.
Upon opening, Caremoor was dedicated in loving memory to the Overcashes.
