As the Director of Clinical Services, Susan Liermann is responsible for managing the tenants' health plan and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with State & Federal regulations and our communities' policies and procedures.
This includes attracting, retaining, and developing top talent into effective managers, providing direction on innovative and consistent care & services.
She also works with other Corporate Staff to maximize profitability through revenue generation and expense control.
