Lakepark Family Care Home is a safe and nurturing small Family Care Home licensed for only three beds. We purposefully have a smaller number of residents so that each resident can receive individualized care and attention based on their needs. Our aim is to provide a home for our seniors while providing the care bigger facilities provide through the help of our RN's, certified Nursing Assistants, certified Medication Techs, certified Activity Coordinators and the like.
Lakepark Family Care Home employs experienced caregivers who are passionate about providing care for our seniors, committed, and willing to work as a team. Our team members are trained to understand the core values and principles of Lakepark Family Care Home and to implement them as a guide when working with our residents.

Having been personally affected by Alzheimer's disease, the owner of Lakepark Senior Living whose grandmother suffered from this ailment before she died, has made it her mission in life to provide a HOME, for our seniors battling this ailment.
