As a young man, Faron joined the Army right out of High School and served for 30 years.
After retiring from the Army, I returned home to Fannin County and was employed as a Human Resources Director for North Georgia Medical Hospital in Ellijay, Georgia.
When the hospital closed, he decided to enjoy retirement and enjoy his farm in Raywick, Kentucky, however retirement didn't last long.
He began working at Blue Ridge Assisted Living in 2017 and was selected as the Executive Director in 2018 and enjoys working with his amazing residents and team members.
