Located in a forested quiet location in St. Helens, Oregon, Spring Meadows Assisted Living offers a warm environment where everyone feels like family.
Our location, just off Pittsburg Road, next to Columbia Hills Retirement Community, provides convenient access to shopping and consumer services in St. Helens and Scappoose.
We're a hub of activity, not only for our senior residents, but also for friends and family in the St. Helens community.
From educational outreach, to senior and caregiver support groups, and family-fun activities appealing to all generations, Spring Meadows is an active and integral member of the St. Helens community.
Comfort, self-direction and supportive care are the hallmarks of assisted living at Spring Meadows.
We offer a choice of private studio or one-bedroom apartments with the home-like amenities you'd expect, including a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, cable and phone access.
Our apartments are specifically designed to help seniors maintain their independence and include an easy to access emergency response system to assist residents in calling for staff help when its needed.
Nina Wendelschafer has dedicated over 10+ years of her life to serving the needs of seniors and enriching their lives along the way.
Nina began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) in a skilled nursing facility.
Shortly after that, Nina discovered her love of working in assisted living.
With a desire to work closer to home, while raising two children, Nina began working at Spring Meadows Assisted Living in 2009.
Starting as a caregiver, Nina worked her way up to Medication Aid and then as Resident Care Coordinator.
If you enjoy working with elders and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Applications are being accepted for part-time and on-call Personal Service Assistants (PSA's).
