We are Georgia Health Services Network, a licensed Medicaid Provider for the State of Georgia. We implement Georgia Medicaid's ICWP (Independent Care Waiver Program), SOURCE and CCSP Programs in licensed personal care homes throughout Georgia. We help families overcome the financial burden associated with assisted living and work closely with the medical community (Social Workers, Case Managers, RN's, etc) in finding affordable housing for individuals from the low and middle-income groups in need of assisted living.
There is not fee for our placement services. We facilitate placements for Clients who qualify for Medicaid as well as Private Pay Clients. Once our agency places a client in one of our contracted Licensed Personal Care Homes, our Nursing Staff begins the care coordination/case management component of the CCSP & SOURCE Program. Whether you are looking for Custodial Care, Dementia Care, Assisted Living Services, Senior Living Services, or Alternative Living Services we can help you.

GHSN is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs), for bi-monthly assessment and case management of disabled and elderly residents in licensed personal care homes throughout Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia.
We have both Full time & Part time positions available as well as some PRN positions available.
