Gaither Suites at West Park offers a unique opportunity in senior care as the only location offering both state licensed personal care suites and certified assisted living suites in Paducah, Kentucky. Gaither Suites at West Park is conveniently located in West Park Village, close to the mall area. Restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, and doctor offices are all within a few blocks of the residential care home.
Gaither Suites is a single story residential setting with multiple floor plans each including private full baths and kitchenettes. There are common areas for gathering and socialization including a fireplace, sunroom, library, dining room, beauty shop, music room, and courtyard. We are Paducah's one and only personal care and assisted living center.

Personal Care provides continuous supervision and basic health and health-related services by licensed staff.
Assisted Living offers a sense of community through peer and staff support.
The Personal Care and Assisted Living areas of Gaither Suites offer assistance with activities of daily living, fine dining experience, and daily scheduled activity program.
Personal Care further supports the care of each resident through maintenance of a medical chart and assistance with medication ordering, storage, and administration.

At Gaither Suites, we understand and don't want you to give up your pets when you move into our residential care home.
If your pet is appropriate for our care home and you are comfortable caring for your pet, we welcome you to bring them when you move in.
Often times you are not only benefiting yourself by continuing to care for your pet but other residents and new friends may benefit as well.

Another reward is being able to provide the best care that I can give, bringing comfort to some of the families that faces grief and worry because of their inability to provide necessary care for their senior loved ones.

POSITION SUMMARY: Resident Assistants are the front-line deliverers of direct assistance to residents.
As such, each RA/CNA shall interact with residents, visitors and other staff with a positive attitude and in a professional manner that conveys care and concern for the residents well being.
6. Serve meals in dining room and assist with clean up in dining room: cleaning tables, washing linens, vacuuming floors, washing buffet, cleaning out silverware drawers, rolling silverware, & etc.
