With resources and solutions we make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve. After watching my mother take care of my grandfather I was inspired to pursue a career where I could help people. I first became a purchasing agent In a hospital. In 1997 I became a minority owner of a medical supply company and we sold it a few years later.

When I decided to establish Sta-Health-E, LLC, I sought out the best medical equipment and services I could find for my customers. After partnering with MDR, I have truly reached my goal. Providing BEST PRACTICES Solutions and Resources to Improve Outcomes, Increase Revenues and Decrease Costs. MDR identifies, vets, certifies and utilizes breakthrough Best Practices to optimize the financial, operational and strategic objectives of our clients.

MDR's mission is to "Make a Difference" in the lives and organizations of the colleagues and Partners whom we serve through a Servant Leadership philosophy. MDR identifies financial, operational and strategic objectives and develops customized Resource RoadMAPs (Management Action Plans) that support efforts in optimizing identified objectives of our clients.
