The award-winning Grace Morgan House is the only small, owner-operated assisted living residence in the Merrimack Valley. We have 26 happy, well-cared-for Residents and 18 caring and hard-working employees.
Our motto is "Smaller is Better, " but the other part of our thinking is that "there is a right place for everyone." Some elders actually do better in a large resort-hotel-style assisted living. Our family member lived there for nearly a year.
First, the owners Scott and Suzanne were a pleasure to work with during a time when a family needs to make a difficult decision.
They were always available to us and very accommodating with any of our needs.
Next, the staff at the Grace Morgan House was wonderful to work with.
They were caring, kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff and owners treated all residents with respect.
It was also nice to see how the residents looked out for one another.

It is based on the concept of a single fee for everything.
With the exception of cable TV and telephone service in the apartment (we provide cable TV and telephones in our common areas), our fee covers everything we provide.
We do not have "timed care, " or "a la carte" pricing.
In addition, we offer most if not all of the services and amenities offered by larger corporate assisted living residences.
When choosing an assisted living residence you should be aware that sometimes the price quoted is really only a "base" price.
It is based on the concept of a single fee for everything.

The Grace Morgan House (GMH) is licensed as an assisted living facility and regularly inspected by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs.
We are also licensed and inspected for our Medicaid program.
We are fully sprinkled and have fire detection systems throughout the building.
We conduct quarterly fire drills, have regular fire safety training and are inspected quarterly by the Methuen Fire Department.
