Elderwerks is a complimentary not-for-profit organization helping to find assisted living or any type of senior housing or elder care solutions for your or your loved ones. We help older adults and seniors through the transition from one home to another or finding the services they need to remain in their home. Our "Community Resource Consultant" will discuss all aspects of moving with you and help you achieve you long-term lifestyle goals.
The information and assistance is free to you. We will help you sort through all of your options. Using the information you provide; medical conditions, amenities sought, budget, location requirements, etc. we will be able to help you find the community that best suits your needs. Our Community Resource Consultant will provide you with qualified senior housing, home care, services or benefits that are designed around the needs of your loved ones.
We can provide these services to you for free, because we are funded by Grants, donations and the communities in our network also fund us.
