Home Park Assisted Living is a Category A assisted living facility located in Sheridan, Montana. It is a family run business and your loved one becomes part of our family when they join us. Tony and Emily are third generation Ruby Valley residents.
Having deep roots in the Ruby Valley, we feel it is our mission to help care for the aging members of our community by having a place where they are treated like family and can call home.
We live on the property and spend a part of nearly every day socializing with our residents.
Husband, father of four children, Assistant Administrator of Home Park, CPR/First Aid instructor, volunteer for the Twin Bridges Fire Department, owner of a barbeque business.

It has been designated as a Critical Access Hospital and a Level 5 Montana Trauma Receiving Facility.
The hospital has a radiology department with a CT scanner, a laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation services, physical and occupational therapy services and 24 hour emergency care.
The Ruby Valley Medical is located adjacent to the Ruby Valley Hospital.
In addition to the clinic's full-time healthcare providers on staff, the clinic provides facilities for a wide variety of visiting specialists.

I'm probably a few years away from needing assisted living but Home Park is where I want to be when that time comes.
The staff is so nice, rooms are large, yet feel cozy and I love playing gin rummy and jigsaw puzzles.

Going southeast on Main Street, turn left onto Crofoot at the edge of town.
As you approach the hospital and school zones, you'll need to slow down.
Drive past the hospital, the Sheridan Community Health Clinic and Mac's CHC Pharmacy (on your right).
At the end of the block, you'll approach a triangle intersection.
Please stay to the right and turn right onto Washington Street.
At the end of Washington Street, you'll have to turn left onto Ray Lane.
Just after you make the turn, you'll see Home Park on your right.
