VITA is a senior non-medical, licensed, residential facility, that offers a family environment, comfortable assisted living and 24/7 care. We comfortably accommodate 6 seniors at a time. Our beautiful, fully remodeled home is located in the heart of the Bay Area. We are just a short drive away from John Muir Medical Center in Brentwood and Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Antioch, CA.
Our home is surrounded by beautiful wineries and city parks. Our spacious garden with lawn and comfortable sitting, is a perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoors. We provide care, assistance, and supervision to seniors who are alert and independent, and also to cognitively impaired seniors who need assistance with their daily activities.
