For four decades, inspired by Catholic social teachings and serving as the nonprofit housing development arm of the Archdiocese of Washington, Victory Housing has provided assisted living for seniors and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income independent seniors and families.

Our Heartship Fund supports the mission and sustainability of Victory Housing by demonstrating our commitment to the well-being of the residents at all Victory Housing affiliated communities and our staff.
Through the Heartship Fund, we seek to provide internal subsidies to low-income residents, hardship relief to eligible staff and programmatic and other enhancements to our affordable housing communities.
