All Ma Maison homes are quaint-like communities situated on Belair Road, just a short distance from White Marsh Mall and other shops. Since its inception over 22 years ago, Ma Maison has been owned and operated by the husband-wife team of Khashy and Nicole Varzandeh.

Before admittance can be granted into an assisted living home, the prospective Resident's physician must complete a Health Care Practicioner Assessment.
Once the Health Care Practicioner Assessment and Assisted Living Manager Assessment are completed, a Level of Care is determined.
Each question is allotted a certain point value.
Based on that value, a level of care is assigned.

When we moved Gloria to your facility, it was all very new to us.
Khashy, you and your staff made my mom and me feel immediately at ease.
In fact, she felt at home and I had the confidence of knowing Mom was well attended to.
Gloria loved the food, especially the fresh fruit, and mostly the oranges and bananas.
Of course knowing she was getting a healthy diet and freshly cooked meals was reassuring verses me worrying about her taking care of herself, falling, and such when she was living alone.
When we moved Gloria to your facility, it was all very new to us.
