He established his own legal practice in 1995 while at the same time serving as President of ALFA.
The practice provides comprehensive legal services with a focus on real estate, development, finance, affordable housing, healthcare, commercial law, workouts, and other business transactions.
David Frank is active in the real estate industry and brings over 30 year experience to the Foundation.
