During those years, Tracy has worked in many capacities and carried many titles.
Starting in 2000 at Emerald Valley, Tracy worked her way to the Assistant Director and in 2010, became their Executive Director.
Tracy demonstrates a caring, compassionate, and hands-on approach to managing.
Through her success at Emerald Valley, Tracy was offered and accepted the transfer to Spring Valley as their Senior Executive Director in 2014.
