No one wants to be in assisted living. That's why we've put together several eBooks to help you make the most informed decision about helping your loved one find the best care possible. Looking for a cozier setting that feels more like home than a big crowded facility? Our assisted living homes are actual homes, in residential neighborhoods. At A Paradise for Parents, our #1 priority is the safety of our residents.

Our managers have many years of experience running care homes and live very close to the homes just in case. They believe their residents are part of their extended family. Being safe doesn't mean our residents will stay in their rooms or in front of the TV 24/7.
Services
I'm Hal Cranmer, owner of A Paradise for Parent's Senior Living.
Like most of you, my interest in assisted living facilities came from my own personal experience.
For many years, I worked in a traditional corporate environment, enhancing operations and processes.
After service in the Air Force, I branched out into the real estate business.
After caring for my aging grandparents, I went on to take care of both my uncle and aunt.
I witnessed my uncle, who suffered from Lou Gehrig's Disease, time at an assisted living facility.
Our home on Campbell Avenue received the 'Best Home in Goodyear AZ Award for 2019' from the website SeniorAdvisor.com.
We are especially proud of the fact the award is given based on feedback from the families of our residents.
All of the residents seem very enthusiastic about using a personal trainer, and it shows.
We have had one resident lower his doses of insulin to practically nothing.
Another resident has moved from a wheelchair to a walker.
He is very close to actually walking on his own!
This beautiful home has all the amenities of our larger homes but was set up to be an affordable alternative.
The residents here all enjoy home-cooked meals from scratch and similar activities to the other homes.
And they are able to be here at a very reasonable price.
Royal Paradise is one of two of our homes that is certified to accept Arizona Long-Term Care System (ALTCS) residents.
Both Mercy Care and United Health have contracts with this home.
We frequently work with families to find other ways to help subsidize their care in our home with both Government programs and affordable monthly room and board prices.
Our home on 164th Lane received the 'Best Home in Surprise AZ Award for 2019' from the website SeniorAdvisor.com.
We are especially proud of the fact the award is given based on feedback from the families of our residents.
With 18 years of experience in caregiving and 11 years of running this home, she has become a true specialist in residents with dementia and other memory care issues.
The rest of our staff has a lot of experience working in larger facilities and medical establishments with chronic age-related diseases.
Our home on Banff Lane is a beautifully decorated home with many active residents.
Families of our residents really love getting together on holidays and sometimes just for fun.
Many of the families will bring over food to help prepare big meals, and eat at the table with all our residents.
The caregivers at Banff really encourage a family atmosphere.
Some of our caregivers will even accompany a family if they take their loved one out on a mini-vacation every so often.
It's wonderful to see what a tight-knit community has evolved in this home.
