Financial Management; (The Meadows will use Arvest for Resident Financial Management & residents will be responsible for payment of that service.)
At the Meadows, we customize our services to allow seniors to live an independent lifestyle without having to worry about cleaning or cooking.

The Meadows does not require a buy-in or entry fee.
A deposit is received for first right of refusal on a chosen apartment and is held as a "security deposit" once resident moves in.
The deposit is refundable with a 30-day written notice of move out or health-related cause for moving.
The Meadows allows pets, although the resident must be able to completely care for the pet without any help from the staff.
