Built in 1999, Chisholm Trail Assisted Living is the only family owned and operated assisted living center in Duncan, OK. The construction of the building itself was a father & son endeavor between owner/administrator, Dustin Cox, and his father, Rex. Dustin's wife, Dr. Demetra Cox, is the Medical Director for Chisholm Trail Assisted Living. Both Dustin and Demetra are passionate about senior care and the ever changing needs of the elderly.
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals.
